We can help with every stage of the writing process, including help with reading and understanding assignments, brainstorming, outlining, drafting, revising, proofreading, and formatting.
Mission
The Indiana State University Writing Center strives to help students become strong, independent writers. We are here to help all students at any stage of the writing process on any reading or writing project.
We're Hiring!
The ISU Writing Center is a fun, flexible place to work, and many opportunities are available for experiential learning and professional development. If you are interested in applying, please email isu-writingcenter@866905.com, or visit the Student Employment section of the ISU website. You will be asked to submit a resume, application, cover letter, and unofficial transcript.
Love writing? Why not join the team as a Writing Consultant? Apply through the student employment website, and be sure to include your unofficial transcripts, cover letter, resume, and a research writing sample in any format. A 3.0 GPA is required, but students from all departments are welcome!
